Our Story

We are a woman-owned, veteran-founded, and veteran-run small business. Brickyard Meats was founded in 2005 by Cullman native Ernest Graveman, his wife Carol, and their daughter Tamara. We pride ourselves on our combined years of experience in the meat business and on providing the best customer experience.
